You can tell this place has been totally renovated. The outside looks very nice, crisp and clean, the staff was so welcoming, the rooms are clean, nice bathrooms and new beds, bedding, just all around good experience. For the price you can't beat it!
My boyfriend and I came here for Valentine’s Day for a little get away and the rooms are great, very comfortable beds, nice staff, and pretty good shower pressure! We would definitely recommend this place. Best part you’re close to most of the food spots!
Very reasonable pricing. The new manager was a real delight The rooms are kinda dated but to my understanding they are planning a complete overhaul. But they were very clean and smelled great!!! The new owners are going over and beyond to making the place a nice comfortable place to visit for business or vacay!!! I’d stay again!!! And can’t wait to see the finished product after the Reno!!!
My family and I have enjoyed being here. This place is nice, clean, and well taken care of. The owner is really nice, and makes sure this place is safe and well maintained. The ladies who work here are sweet, do their jobs wonderfully. Highly recommend this place.
Ill be honest, I used to live in Cochran and never thought this hotel would be as nice as it was. The rooms seem to be newly remodeled. Everything was super clean. The lady and the gentleman who run the hotel are amazing at what they do and genuinely care about this hotel and the guests. They were beyond helpful. Prices were affordable. 10/10.
This place is amazing, the service is beyond excellent! The rooms are practically spotless, the beds are very comfortable and everyone staying there was so sweet and helpful! Best hotel in Cochran by a long shot!!
My family and I stay here. It's been peaceful, and nice. The rooms are nice, and clean. The owner is wonderful he keeps the place safe and well maintained. The ladies who work here are wonderful, and do a wonderful job at keeping the place clean. Highly recommend the Royal Inn

Consistency is key, and it's what truly sets this motel apart. I know I can expect the same high level of professionalism every single visit.
